Adele Without Makeup | Adele No Makeup

Adele has made many strides in music – all the while giving a two-fingered salute to conventional standards and to Karl Lagerfeld, who, incidentally, emerged from his mother’s womb wearing sunglasses. Sometimes Adele abstains from using those same two fingers to dab on a little foundation.
In a look reminiscent of elderly, winter-ready babushkas often found dotted around Russia, the first photo sees Adele without makeup and looking even paler than usual. Looking at her right hand here, she may be looking for her own pulse actually.

The blemish-free ‘Chasing Pavements’ songstress appears to be in the middle of a phone call, and my guess is that she isn’t chatting to Karl Lagerfeld to get style and makeup tips.
Photo number two captures a visibly tired-looking (looks like an early morning) Adele foregoing makeup yet again, and loitering near the check-in desks at an airport. What a cool girl – looking down-to-earth while about to take flight.

How to Black Eyeliner Makeup Tips

Few makeup products are as versatile as black eyeliner. Depending on how you apply this cosmetic bag staple, you can create cool rock-chick looks, old Hollywood cat eyes, or just a subtle work or weekend style. Black eyeliner adds definition and brightness to the eyes, or it can create a smoky gaze when smudged and layered with shadow. Start experimenting with different types of liners and methods of application for your most gorgeous glance yet.

Choosing the Right Liner

Black pencil eyeliners provide the most precision and are easy to control--when you use a pencil eyeliner you're essentially "drawing" the way you would on paper, and most of us are familiar with that motion. Pencil eyeliners are good for well-defined lines and basic eyeliner looks.

Black cream eyeliners were once nearly exclusively in the domain of professional makeup artists, but today several drugstore brands offer cream or gel liner formulations. With their richer texture, cream formulas can be "painted" on and actually used to cover the entire lid in the place of shadow. Because they blend and smudge well, black cream liners are ideal for smoky eyes or messy rock-chick looks. If you don't want any smudging or are less experienced with eyeliner, creams may not be your best choice.

Liquid liners are often used to create the retro "cat eye" look. The angled pen used to apply most liquid liners is great for flicking the line out the end and varying the width of the line over lid. Liquid eye liner has a wetter, shinier look to it even after it's dried.

Eyeliner Styles.

Black eyeliner adds definition and brightness to the eyes.

For a natural look, lift up your eyelid and hold the skin taut. Then trace a very fine black line along the inner lid, below your lashes. This will make your eyes pop and your lashes look fuller without it seeming like you're wearing any make-up.

For a dramatic look, smudge black eyeliner on with your fingers or a cotton swab.

If your eyes are on the small side, avoid lining both top and bottom lids in black--this can make the eyes look smaller. Line just the bottom lash lines. If you do line the top lashes, use a lighter color, like gray, on top with black on the bottom.

Applying Liner

If your hand tends to get unsteady while you apply liner, rest your elbow on a table.

Try applying black eyeshadow over the top of black liner. Dip a small, angled shadow brush into matte black shadow and carefully trace over top of the liner. This will help the line last throughout the day and make it look more intense.

If you're using a pencil, make sure it's sharp before you apply the liner. If you're using a cream liner, wipe the applicator brush clean before dipping it back into the pot to prevent any dry clumps of liner or stiff bristles from messing up your look.

Top 10 Most Comon Makeup Mistakes

Every spot a serious makeup mistake and think, "i wonder if she knows?" Chances are she doesn't, and she'll walk in to her next corporate meeting or parent?teacher conference totally oblivious to her makeup faux pas.  Review the top ten ugliest and goofiest makeup mistakes women make and give yourself an honest grade. Then share your new found information and make the world a prettier place.

Concealer / Foundation Confusion:
Cruise the internet long enough and you will come across all sorts of advice on this subject;   concealer and foundation application. Never before have so many women got such bad advice and it shows. The real key to good concealer and foundation coverage is to start with a  moisturized face . Then dab yellow concealer sparingly on brown or red spots. Don't worry about blending it in; it's concealer. Then apply your foundation. Do not put concealer over  mineral powder or cream  to powder makeup - it won't blend! you'll end up with an obvious patch job.

Wrong Foundation Shade:
"Summer girl" lets  go of the dark foundation. Your tan is gone and there is no sense in pretending. Let go of your summer foundation shade and embrace a paler, prettier you.  Something to remember when shopping for foundation shades-color  match to your  jawbone, not your hand. Your hand skin is always darker than your facial skin.

Excessive Concealer:
Talk shows and seeing the show host wearing obvious white circles under her eyes. Lay off the excessive under eye concealer or at least invest in one that does a little better job matching your skin tone. White is alright but too much of it will give you the reverse raccoon look.

Heavy Handed Eyeliner:
In the eighties, we liked our hair big and our eyeliner dark. Fortunately, style-wise, those days are over.  Don't ring your eyes excessively;  instead on using attractive colors in a flattering way.

Over Frosted Eye Shadow:
some may disagree with me but too much frosted eye shadow looks well.... cheap. A bit of shimmer under the brows, a touch on the lid, these are pretty effects. However covering your eyelid from top to bottom with unblended, globbed on eyeshadow is unattractive. Go easy on the frosting!
Dry Face:
No matter how much makeup you apply, you can't hide a dry face. After your morning cleanse, moisturize your skin. This will make your makeup application smooth and silky looking.

Wacky Eyebrows:
Your eyebrows matter! Over penciled or super thin are mistaken. At the opposite end of the spectrum, you'll find the girl who has never used a tweezer in her life. I hope you fall in neither category. Visit a professional stylist who can give you a good base waxing. He or she will shape those brows and give you a great template to maintain.

Dark Lip Liner:
For a brief time in the nineties dark lip liner over light lipstick may have  been fashionable.
if it was, the fad is now over. Please toss away the blackish lip liner and use a more flattering color.

Blending Your Makeup:
Sometimes we get a flawless finish but forget to blend. This common mistake will leave you looking like you are wearing
a mask. Buy a cosmetic sponge and blend blend, blend !

Mascara marks:
occasional mascara marks are expected, we all get in a hurry. However,
chronic mascara prints may have your friends and coworkers snickering. The problem may result from trying to apply mascara without your glasses. If that's you, the solution is simple. Buy a tabletop magnification mirror. You won't need your glasses to get perfect mascara.

Best Makeup Tips for Dark Skin

A lot of people seem to feel and believe that makeup looks good only on fair skin. Prepare to be surprised because the truth is, makeup may look just as flattering on dark skin. The key is to know what particular makeup to use. For dark skin, the best foundation to use must be water-based. Dark skin has a tendency to look oily, and using cream foundation will only worsen the effect. The water-based foundation must be of a shade closest to your skin tone.
Next, follow up the foundation with a dust of loose powder. Be careful not to over dust, especially around the eye area. Once you have done this, the next step is to choose eyeshadow colors for your eyes. Shades of brown and bronze are very flattering on dark skin; so are dark metallic colors. White or very light colors will look great on fair skin, but they will not have the same effect on dark skin. Purple and blue hues may also look great on dark skin.
Now, outline your eyes with dark eye lining pencil. Eyeliners in black or chocolate brown is preferred. Next, thicken your eyelash with at least two coats of dark mascara to draw attention to the eyes.
You may also use a highlighter on the bridge of your nose, around your eye or above the cheek bones and upper lip.
When choosing the right shade of lipstick, go for more intense colors, like dark reds or corals. Lipsticks in burgundy will also look pleasing on dark skin. For your blush, warm colors in rose or deep orange are highly recommended for dark skin. If you are going to a night of fun and entertainment with friends, you may add a bit of drama to your cheeks by dusting your cheeks with a hint of gold color.

Makeup Tips

With the passage of time, our age makes our nature of the skin change too. So our makeup routine and style must also change accordingly. Because, in the later years of your life, the makeup that you did for yourself in your twenties, or thirties will not suit you anymore when you are nearing a mature age. So, the best one can do to still maintain style is to choose colours and shades that look the best when worn. One can also consult a makeup artist to make things go smooth without any hesitation that anything will not be appropriate.

Here are a few tips which one can apply to make the most out of you. It is important to note that your skin type would have changed with your age. If you had an oily skin, it might have now changed to either a combination of the skin or normal skin, and if you had the dry skin it might have been normal to oily now.

The skin tone also changes, with the years of exposure to the sun, it would get darker every year. If you notice the change in your skin tone, then you should know that your makeup shades should also change along with it.

It is best to use concealer to hide uneven skin tone that develops due to the sun exposure, which is more common in older skin colour. First thing to do is to select a concealer which is lighter than your current skin tone. But from season to season you would need a different concealer because your skin tone will also change seasonally. Blend it well where the discolouration is most prominent.

The foundation has to match the skin tone too, and you can make sure about which one to apply by first testing it out on your skin. Apply your foundation in a natural light because it will help you to detect the colour better. You must blend the foundation to your neck as well to make it match your face and rest of the makeup. You must replace your make frequently every six months almost and the eye makeup must be replaced every three months.

Beautiful Lips Makeup Tips

Beautiful Lips Makeup Tips
Lipstick has been a beauty necessity among women, it seems, as far back as the pharaohs. Cleopatra had lipstick made by crushing carmine beetles, which provided a deep red pigment to the lips. Then along came lipsticks that gave shimmering effects, by using the preadolescence in fish scales. Red lips and white faces became a fashion statement during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I. But, by this time, the lipsticks were made from beeswax and stains from plants. Later, the movie industry helped lipstick gain popularity, and it became an everyday addition to many woman’s faces.

Beautiful Lips Makeup Tips
It’s a fact of life and as a woman ages, her lips get thinner and smaller. It’s not the end of the world. If a woman doesn’t have the financial ability or inclination to get collagen injections, there are alternative methods to enhance and keep the lips looking desirable.

Beautiful Lips Makeup Tips

Lipstick looks best on smooth lips, so always use a lip balm before applying lipstick, especially in wintertim
e or when in the sun. Before any lipstick is applied, begin with a good quality lip liner . Outline the natural boundary of your lips, then color in with the lip liner pencil. This will keep the lipstick in place without feathering or bleeding.

Summer Beauty Tips

Summer Beauty Tips

1. If you spend lots of time outside, be sure to use sunscreen with minimum SPF 15. If you do burn, apply Aloe Vera or lotions containing it. This will cool and soothe your skin and help you to heal faster.2. To spice up your look naturally, try combing a little lemon juice through your hair. The sun will lighten those strands faster than your locks sans lemon, giving you an attractive sun-streaked look.

Summer Beauty Tips

3. Deep condition your hair at least once a week.
4. Keep the sweat off your neck with headbands, ballerina bands, ponytails, loose buns or even kerchiefs.

Summer Beauty Tips

5. Keep a washcloth or buff pad at-the-ready for everyday use.
6. Before you polish your toenails, pamper yourself with an Epson-salt and scented oil foot soak for 10 minutes.
